Well, I am officially moving to Sinton this week! My last day in Killeen is Wednesday and then Andrew is coming up to help me move. I will be moving in to a trailer that Andrew's grandparents own. We bought paint for the walls and countertops this weekend and his mom and aunt are so awesome that they volunteered to paint for me this week so it is finished before I move in!
We will still have quite a bit of cleaning up to do. Lots of trash that needs to be taken to the dump and a whole lot of brush that needs to be cleared. Andrew has some work set out for him ;-)
I can't wait to finally be able to see Andrew every day! I have really missed him!

Surprising Changes
Well, I was surprisingly called by the AD in Sinton to talk to me about coming to fill a middle school PE/Coaching position. We talked for a while and since I was already on my way down to see Andrew he asked if we could meet for an informal interview on Saturday. Things went pretty well and we are trying to work things out with my school district now - thinking it will probably be two weeks before I will be able to really move down there.
This is SUCH a stress reliever for me. This school year has not been fun for me. I have never wanted to teach in the classroom on the elementary level, and since August my stress level has been crazy.
I am so happy to have been given this opportunity and hope that it works out. I can't wait to be close to Andrew!

Difficulties....
Well, about the only thing good this week is that it is going by pretty quickly. Other than that there isn't much else good happening...
I found out about a job opening in Sinton, I applied, have tried to call personnel, but haven't heard anything back. It might be better to just stay here but it's not what I want. I don't want to teach elementary any more, I don't want to be in Killeen, and I want more than anything to be with Andrew.
Also, Andrew took his truck in Dec. 12 and it is STILL THERE!!! They have been telling him all different things are happening and then going back on their word, no one knows what is going on. It has been incredibly irritating and putting Andrew in a bad mood. We are really ready to get that over with.
All I keep saying is that we just need to get through this time and continue to pray and know that God has something great in store for us. We need to trust in Him.

Wishing Christmas Break Wouldn't End
Well, only 4 more days of Christmas break left. Then it's back to my classroom, back to boring trashy Killeen, and back to being away from Andrew. The latter is the one I hate the most.
Andrew and I have been dating for two and a half years. It makes it really hard being apart. Mostly, for me. I guess I need more patience - one of the things I have been praying for every day. Strength and patience.
Only 5 more months and hopefully I will be moving closer to him. The best happening would be that he has gotten a better job, we have gotten engaged, and will be getting married and moving in to our first place together. Until then I will continue to pray and "trust while I wait for my God is never too late."
